Monday May 16

Arsenal look to ensure Champions League football next season as they face Newcastle United live on Sky Sports Premier League. The Championship play-offs continue as Huddersfield Town collide with Luton Town.

Tuesday May 17

Liverpool are straight back into league action following their FA Cup triumph as they play Southampton, while Nottingham Forest take on Sheffield United in the Championship play-offs.

Wednesday May 18

Friday May 20

Scotland are in U17 European Championship action on BBC, while Sky Sports has Scottish Premiership play-off action.

Saturday May 21

North-east giants Sunderland are aiming to get back into the Championship but they must defeat Wycombe Wanderers in the League One play-off final.

Sunday May 22

BT Sport is showing the FA Vase final between Littlehampton Town and Newport Pagnell Town on early Sunday afternoon, followed by the FA Trophy final between Bromley and Ryan Reynolds' Wrexham.
